Everyone Who Played Fall 2011 Will Be On The Same Team for Spring 2012.  You do NOT need to re-register for Spring 2012.  See You In The Spring!

Registration for New Players for the Upcoming Spring Season was on January 12.
Registration is closed.  You may put a new player on a waiting list for Spring 2012, but there is no guarantee of team placement. 
 
If players are needed, they will be pulled from the waiting list in the order they were mailed to us (by postmark).

To put a child on the waiting list for Spring 2012:
Click on the "Documents and Forms" link on the left margin of this page.  Scroll down to the Player Registration Form. 
Print two copies of the player registration form, fill them out, and mail them to:  
CVSL
PO Box 1829
Eau Claire, WI 54702-1829

Enclose a check made out to CVSL for $75 for one player, ($135 for two players)

A child will not be placed on the waiting list until the Player Registration Forms and the check are received.  The check will not be cashed unless your child is placed on a team for Spring Season.
